Responsibilities

As a Manager Production – Beverages, your core duties will include:

1. Production Planning & Execution
   
   • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to achieve production targets.
   • Ensure efficient utilization of production lines, including Krones equipment, to optimize throughput.
     
2. Process Improvement
   
   • Continuously identify bottlenecks and streamline operations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
   • Implement best practices to boost productivity and minimize downtime.
     
3. Inventory Oversight
   
   • Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
   • Coordinate with the store and warehouse teams to optimize inventory.
     
4. Team Collaboration
   
   • Work closely with quality control, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
   • Manage and oversee the maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
     
5. Innovation & Reporting
   
   • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
   • Introduce innovative ideas to improve production processes.
   • Provide regular reports on production metrics, challenges, and recommended improvements.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in production management, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
