Job Overview
As a Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety in the workplace. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring timely production, and managing equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-On Experience:
Supervise high-speed operations including sidel matrix blowing, filler, labeler, robopac, and sidel palletizer. - Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to maintain smooth production flow. - Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure regular maintenance of equipment and safe use by team members. - Record Keeping:
Manage production-related reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. - Operational Efficiency:
improve efficiencies and yields across the production line. - Workplace Safety:
Focus on maintaining a safe working environment and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications:
DAE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in the food & beverages industry is required. - Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot, manage production equipment, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
